The 3 bedroom 2 bath has been rented but may become available for sale in the medium term if the renter buys the affordable home. The 1 bedroom has been rented. The owner will need to sell it next year although it’s not being marketed at the moment. We expect to have one of the homes in the affordable housing program for sale later this year.
