The 3 bedroom 2 bath is available starting July 1st. Our first choice is to rent to someone interested in experiencing our community before buying. The owner is open to either rent or sale. The 1 bedroom has been rented. The owner will need to sell it next year although it’s not being marketed at the moment. We expect to have one of the homes in the affordable housing program for sale later this year.
